yes, I did, it's going on my "Holy" shelf where I bow down before it everyday and chant "I'm not Worthy". CONNOR FOR THE WINNN!!! Though I really did admire Lev after the Clapper transformation. I love how it combines the past and the future, like preWar old junk: Ipods (lol) and the music too. Don't Fear The Reaper!
Yeah I thought the antique iPods were a clever touch. I could picture the antique stores nearby full of them. And "Don't Fear the Reaper!" What an amazing song--I had never heard it before I read the book and looked it up, shame on me.
I heard "Don't Fear the Reaper" from a friend of mine whose a rocker. I bet they would condemn ITouchs as "ancient communication devices." The book makes one wonder about the future and how our generation would be overtaken by the next. We wouldn't be dead... but like, still there, like the sun's rays reborn. :] And here I go ranting on again x]
